Smaller, Complex Project

Before building costly tooling to injection mould the pieces, the Ashgarth Engineering team was tasked with creating a tiny, intricate plastic component for a customer to evaluate the application. Fusion 360 CAD/CAM software was used to properly programme this project, and a lathe was used to perfectly produce it.

Project for Drilling Tools

Several stainless-steel subsea drilling tool components were developed by the Ashgarth team. For a customer’s subsea cleaning tool, a whole set of parts was made from titanium, super duplex, and stainless steel, among other materials. Using our 3D CAD CAM software, we programmed these parts to produce intricate 3D features while cutting expenses and cycle times.
