Investment in Modern CNC Technology
Our growth has been supported by significant investment in both machinery and people. In the past few years, we have purchased 13 brand new CNC machines and grown our workforce to 25 full time employees, including five apprentices at different stages of their four year apprenticeships. This investment allows us to offer a flexible manufacturing service capable of meeting a wide range of requirements.
Our machinery includes five axis milling capabilities, CNC machining centres and inspection equipment. We also use automation and lights out operation where possible to improve efficiency and support high volume production. At the same time, our skilled operators have the experience required to produce intricate and demanding components where accuracy and consistency are essential. This combination of modern technology and a highly skilled team is central to our approach to bespoke manufacturing. We continue to plan further investment as demand grows, creating skilled engineering jobs while increasing our capacity to support customers with both existing and future projects.
